Natasha’s public law work encompasses constitutional and administrative law. She appears for both government and private parties.

Natasha has advised and appeared in matters involving questions arising under the Constitution, including in respect of just terms compensation, and inconsistency between state and federal law.

These questions have arisen in the context of compulsory acquisition of land, legal practitioner licencing, infrastructure and criminal law.

Natasha’s administrative law work is primarily in judicial review and internal and external appeals from tribunal decisions. Natasha also appears in merits review applications.

Natasha’s judicial review work has arisen in the context of professional discipline, migration law, and trade discipline and licencing.

Natasha works on native title and land rights applications in the Federal Court and NSW Land and Environment court.
