Natasha’s corporate, commercial and equity work at the bar has included disputes involving contract, consumer law, bankruptcy and insolvency (including statutory demands), intellectual property, real property and partnership. Some of those matters have involved common law and equitable claims including fraud, deceit, breach of fiduciary duties (employee and directors’), and proprietary estoppel.

Natasha has also appeared unled in interlocutory applications, including urgent ex parte applications for freezing orders. In addition, she has appeared and advised on applications to set aside subpoenas, for discovery, interrogatories, to strike out proceedings and pleadings, and for injunctions.

Natasha has advised and represented corporate clients in compulsory examinations by ASIC, liquidator examinations, and ICAC investigations.

Areas in which these disputes arose include infrastructure, building and construction (including security of payment), property development (including approvals), financial services, insurance, commercial leases, education and agriculture.
